Aura Train & Rail is a new and niche business area within Aura Personal, created to meet the growing need for the right competence in the train and railway industry – both today and in the long term.

We are currently looking for you who have experience in technical work or assembly within the manufacturing industry.

About the role:

As an Industrial Technician, you will work with the installation and assembly of electrical and electronic components into customer-specific solutions within the vehicle and train industry. You will be involved in the entire production chain, where the work includes assembly, control, and quality assurance of products, as well as ensuring deliveries to subsequent processes and customers.

The role requires attention to detail, responsibility, and a structured approach to work. You thrive in a collaborative environment, are solution-oriented, and have a good ability to adapt to new tasks. You have a clear focus on quality and understand the importance of order and precision in production.

• We are looking for someone who has: Upper secondary or post-secondary education in technology (ongoing or completed), preferably with a focus on electronics.
• Good technical understanding.
• Experience in similar work within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of production processes.
• Component knowledge and/or experience with reading technical drawings.

Workplace:

You will work at one of our clients' premises in Västerås/Enköping.
