We are now hiring Process Operators for several of our factories!

About the Role

As a Process Operator, you will work in a shift team operating and monitoring our complex process facilities where we produce our various products. Together, you are responsible for ensuring that production is carried out according to established procedures with a high focus on safety, quality, and the environment.

The work also includes some preventive maintenance and ongoing optimization of the processes. To succeed in this role, it is important that you have a good overall view of the production flow and an understanding of critical moments in the process.

You will become part of an engaged team where collaboration and responsibility-taking are crucial for achieving common goals.

The working hours are scheduled for 5- and 6-shift rotations.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A high school education with a technical or scientific focus, or equivalent experience from the process industry.
  • A valid driver's license (Category B).

You are a team player who thrives working with others in a dynamic environment. You are curious and have a strong desire to learn new tasks. Furthermore, you are analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused, with the ability to take initiative and handle multiple tasks in parallel.
