We are currently looking for a Property Maintenance Technician for our client in Stockholm, responsible for residential properties. The assignment is for six months with the goal of transitioning into a permanent employment with the client thereafter. During the assignment, you will be covered by a collective agreement, occupational pension, and insurance. We look forward to receiving your application!

About the Role

As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will become part of a dedicated and cohesive team working with residential properties. Together, you are responsible for ensuring that the properties are maintained efficiently and to a high standard, supporting each other in both major and minor tasks. Here, you are offered a varied role in an environment where collaboration and responsibility are in focus.

Responsibilities

The role includes, among other things:

• Conducting inspections and maintenance of properties, technical installations, and outdoor areas
• Handling corrective maintenance and performing minor repairs in the apartments
• Coordinating and communicating with suppliers and contractors
• Having daily contact with residents and members
• Responsible for key management, information distribution, and some administration, such as invoicing

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are service-oriented, solution-focused, and thrive in a role with significant autonomy. You are unpretentious, social, and practical. You are accustomed to taking initiative, making decisions when necessary, and contributing improvement ideas.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in property maintenance or another equivalent practical role
• Basic technical competence in property operations
• Good computer skills
• Good teamwork skills and a professional attitude
• It is an advantage if you live in Northern Stockholm
