About the Role

Do you want to help shape the future kitchen at one of Stockholm's most beautiful hotels? We are now looking for a Chef at Fågelbro Säteri – a place where food, environment, and service are of the highest class. Here, you will be part of an engaged team with the Head Chef and Sous Chef as your direct management.

As a Chef at Fågelbro Säteri, you will be involved in the daily operations of the kitchen. You are responsible for ensuring high food quality, correct handling of ingredients, and adherence to our strict hygiene and safety routines (HACCP). You actively work to ensure a first-class dining experience for our guests – whether it concerns breakfast, lunch, dinner, or events.

The role is varied and suits you who thrive on taking responsibility and contributing to a strong food identity at Fågelbro Säteri. With a fully renovated conference section and a new gastronomic focus and offering, we look forward to taking the kitchen to the next level together with you.

Working hours vary during weekdays and weekends, both during the day and in the evenings.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have at least five years of experience as a Chef and who have preferably worked in similar environments, such as hotels or restaurants with high demands on service and quality. You have excellent knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene. We also value your understanding of seasonal ingredients and sustainable handling, which contributes to our premium product. For this position, you must speak Swedish and/or English fluently to ensure good communication with your colleagues in the kitchen and at the hotel.

You are discerning, meticulous, and maintain a clean and tidy workspace in the kitchen. You have a positive attitude, spread joy in work, and are loyal to both the team and the business. You are used to working at a high pace without compromising on quality, and you adapt easily to new menus and customers' various requests.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week) and is a permanent employment with a 6-month probation period. Start date is by agreement, preferably as soon as possible.
