Your role as Automation Specialist As an Automation Specialist at Apotea, you will have an operational and present leadership role in the logistics automation flow in Morgongåva. The role combines the team lead's responsibility to lead, motivate, and support employees in their daily work with the automation specialist's system understanding, exception handling, and focus on stable flows – with the emphasis on driving the team on the floor.

You work closely with the automation manager/operations coordinator, managers, Rx, service, and technical teams to ensure that production runs smoothly and our deadlines are met. You lead employees, monitor the flow in automation, help identify and resolve disruptions, and ensure that the right information reaches the right person at the right time.

The role suits you if you enjoy being close to production, creating energy in the team, and using systems and data to make the right decisions in everyday life. You contribute to clear priorities, safe working methods, and good handovers between shifts.

Short about the position • Location: Morgongåva, no hybrid work offered • Employment type: Permanent full-time position, with a 6-month probation period • Working hours: Saturday - Tuesday 06–18. • Reports to: Automation Manager • Start: As soon as possible according to agreement

Your responsibilities • Lead, support, and motivate employees in their daily work towards our production goals • Monitor production status, order flow, staffing, and priorities together with the responsible manager • Monitor systems such as Lima, Wamas, and Lighthouse and act or escalate in case of deviations • Provide operational support in Rx order handling and contribute to customer deliveries functioning as planned • Identify and resolve production challenges in close collaboration with IT, service, and technical teams • Ensure that instructions, routines, and safety working methods are followed in the automation flow • Contribute to improvements in working methods, flows, and handovers between shifts • Give constructive feedback, catch deviations, and contribute to team development • Function as operational backup and support in various management functions as needed

You enjoy working close to production, are clear in your communication, and contribute to a positive team spirit even when the pace is high. • Experience in leading, instructing, or supporting colleagues in an operational flow • Experience in warehousing, logistics, production, e-commerce, or similar operations • Good system familiarity, preferably from Lima, Wamas, AutoStore, Lighthouse, or similar systems • Good understanding of logistical flows, from picking list to dispatch • Ability to give and receive feedback in a clear, respectful, and developmental way • Experience with automated warehouse solutions, WMS, Lean/5S, or shift handovers is an advantage
