Are you a Service Advisor, Warranty Handler, or Planner?

You will be working with

At our facility in Smista, you will work with Mercedes-Benz's fantastic products, which are constantly being developed with the most modern technology.

We are in an exciting phase and have not yet decided exactly how the division of labor should look. Therefore, we are looking for you who want to help shape the role together with us.

The tasks are based on our truck workshop and may include customer reception, planning and workload distribution in the workshop, handling warranty cases, pricing, and other administrative duties.

Are you a Service Advisor, Warranty Handler, or Planner? Or do you have experience spanning several of these areas? Then you might be the person we are looking for.

Who you are

We want you, the applicant, to have documented experience within the automotive industry, for example as a Service Advisor, Warranty Handler, or Planner. Knowledge of KOBRA and experience with Mercedes-Benz are meritorious.

The position is a permanent full-time employment starting with a six-month probation period.
