Retail Sales and Technical Support in Tyresö
TCM is a rapidly growing company selling bicycles and cycling accessories both online and in-store. We have a flat and agile organization where you get plenty of room to make an impact. We are now looking for you who want to take our customer experience in the Tyresö store to the next level.
As a store employee with us, we together achieve the store's goals regarding customer satisfaction and sales. You love working towards results and, of course, have a burning interest in treating our customers in the best possible way, and ensuring they find the right products in our store. You understand the importance of excellent customer service and are passionate about supporting and developing others. You are good at prioritizing and organizing while also having an easy time collaborating and finding new strategies to develop the store, yourself, and your colleagues. You have well-developed multitasking skills, spot and act on deviations, and always keep the customer's best interest in focus. You are a reliable and trustworthy person who can drive projects to completion, both individually and in a team.
We are looking for you who are eager for a varied role that partly involves customer reception in the store, but also technical support via phone and email, as well as technical responsibility for our cash register and internet/network in the store.
Main Responsibilities:
- Help customers in the store make good and smart decisions for their purchases.
- Be involved in development projects and system changes.
- Answer technical questions via email and phone regarding compatibility and similar issues.
- Handle more technical complaint cases.
- Be able to assist in the store's administrative tasks during high workload or illness.
- You are flexible and find it natural to step in where it is needed most.
About You
To succeed in this role, you have a genuine interest in cycling and extensive knowledge of bicycles, both regarding sales and technical aspects. Ideally, you are a cyclist yourself and enjoy delving into details and technology. You are meticulous and used to working in a structured and efficient manner with personal responsibility. You express yourself very well both orally and in writing.
You have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within retail or customer service.
- Very good knowledge of bicycles, accessories, and parts.
- Good ability to collaborate in a team.
- Ability to be solution-oriented and take ownership of your projects.
- Collaborative, receptive, and communicative.
- Good skills in repairing bicycles.
- Fluent language skills in Swedish and English.
- The ability to see the customer and satisfy their needs.
