Team Leader for Cleaning Services Wanted in Västerås!

We are now looking for a Team Leader who wants to help further develop our operations. You will play a central role in planning, leading, and following up on daily operations, while handling administrative tasks that are crucial for our structure and quality.

Your daily routine:

• Plan, lead, and follow up on the daily work of cleaning staff.
• Responsible for scheduling, absence management, and staffing in our booking system.
• Act as the contact person for customers and handle customer inquiries.
• Ensure that quality and occupational health and safety procedures are followed.
• Work on upselling to our existing customers.
• Clean on-site at customer premises if the business requires it.

Proffas is looking for you if:

• You have previous experience in team leadership within cleaning services, preferably with floor care.
• You are accustomed to working administratively and have good computer skills.
• You are independent, structured, and have strong communication skills.
• You hold a Category B driver's license for manual transmission (mandatory).
• You are fluent in Swedish (both spoken and written) (additional languages are an advantage).

Advantageous qualifications:

• Experience with floor care, window cleaning, and move-out cleaning.
• Cleaning education PRYL, SRY vocational certificate, or similar.
