Working Supervisor at Rengörare Näslund

Rengörare Näslund AB is a cleaning company based in Stockholm, specializing in contract cleaning for commercial and public premises as well as private companies, primarily in the Stockholm area and surroundings.

We are now looking for a Working Supervisor for our operations team in Västerås.

Responsibilities beyond local cleaning

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Leading and controlling daily cleaning; on some sites, you will also participate in cleaning tasks
• Instructing new employees and substitutes, and training staff in quality and environmental standards
• Performing quality controls and reporting deviations
• Carrying out and supervising additional tasks
• Assisting with project startups
• Key management
• Ordering, receiving, and distributing cleaning supplies
• Maintaining order in the cleaning storage room, managing the laundry room, and inspecting cleaning equipment

Your background:

• You must have documented industry experience
• You must have a B-class driver's license and access to your own car
• You have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Leadership experience from the service industry
• You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with administration

Experience with deep cleaning, window washing, and floor care is a plus.
