This assignment is a collaboration between Manpower and our client. You will be employed by Manpower but work on-site at our client's premises in Helsingborg.

About the Machine Operator role

In the role of Machine Operator at Manpower, you will work on-site at our client – an established player in the pharmaceutical industry. You will play a key role in ensuring safe and efficient production, where quality and precision are central.

You will work in a cleanroom environment and according to GMP guidelines, meaning that routines, hygiene, and documentation are a natural part of your working day.

Examples of tasks:

• Monitor, set up, and operate various machines in production
• Perform troubleshooting to prevent and resolve production stoppages
• Conduct ongoing quality controls
• Follow GMP routines and work in a cleanroom environment
• Ensure that documentation and work processes are carried out correctly

Who are we looking for?

For this assignment, we are looking for someone who is safety-conscious, enjoys working in industrial production, and has a genuine technical interest. You are a driven, meticulous, and flexible team player with a strong sense of quality and development. Additionally, you are a positive and cooperative person motivated by working in a dynamic and future-proof industry.

Requirements for the position

• Completed upper secondary education
• Forklift license
• Experience in similar work
• Driver's license and access to a car
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Good knowledge of English

Merits

• Experience from pharmaceutical production
• Experience in forklift operation
