Do you want to work on the vehicle functions of the future within comfort, safety, and vehicle dynamics? We are now looking for an Embedded Software Developer & E2E Test Engineer for a long-term assignment within advanced chassis and comfort systems.
You will become part of a team that develops and verifies software for, among other things, air suspension, tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS), and vehicle dynamics for upcoming vehicle platforms.
About the role
In this role, you will work through the entire development chain from requirements and implementation to integration, verification, and delivery. The assignment includes both further development of existing functions and new development within embedded software for the automotive industry.
You will collaborate closely with several ECU and system areas in a modern and agile development environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain embedded software in C++
- Debug, handle bugs, and manage change requests
- Integration and verification in vehicles and test environments
- Perform unit, component, and system tests
- Work with CI flows and build monitoring
- Documentation according to automotive standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and various ECU areas
You will work with modern tools and techniques such as:
- C++, Python
- CANoe, CANalyzer
- Git, Gerrit, Jenkins
- Jira, Confluence
- vTestStudio, INCA, Lauterbach
- SystemWeaver / CarWeaver
We are looking for someone who
- Has relevant post-secondary education
- Has experience with C++ and Python
- Has been in contact with CANoe and CANalyzer
- Has a good understanding of system integration and debugging
- Communicates fluently in English

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT:
This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by us at Friday with the hope of being hired by the client.
