The Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen) is assisting an employer in Västervik Municipality in finding a versatile all-rounder with a focus on property maintenance. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, physically strong, and enjoys problem-solving.

Job Responsibilities

Your main tasks will involve property maintenance, both indoors and outdoors. For more complex tasks or specialized technical issues (e.g., plumbing or electrical work), qualified personnel will be hired, so you do not need to have specialist skills in these areas. Experience with tractor operation is a plus.

Education and Experience

Formal education is not a requirement, but good knowledge of Swedish is mandatory. You must have a valid driver's license. Experience as a property maintenance worker or in a similar role is advantageous. We also value experience with tractor operation or willingness to learn.
