About the assignment

A family on Lidingö with 2 children (2.5 years & 11 months) is seeking help with childcare 3 times a week, approximately 13:00–17:30. The family wishes to start in mid-August, but are happy to start a bit earlier depending on the nanny's availability.

Since being a nanny is a side job, we prefer that you have another main occupation, such as studies or a part-time job. To ensure a long-term relationship, we ask that you have a reasonable commute to the family (we usually aim for around 30 minutes).

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competency profiles and ages, so we offer individual salary setting for everyone with a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 – 165.19 SEK/hour including vacation pay.
