As a Production Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting both projects and production throughout the entire production flow. The main focus lies within production preparation, where you are responsible for creating, reviewing, and updating production documentation, work instructions, assembly manuals, and control documentation. You work closely with design, purchasing, suppliers, and production to ensure that products are manufacturable and meet high quality and safety requirements.

The work is carried out both on an ongoing basis and in project form, handling several parallel projects simultaneously – including development projects and series production. The role also includes technical support to production, troubleshooting, as well as handling returns and repairs from customers and suppliers.

Documentation is a central part of the job and demands high precision and structure. You will work with tools such as IFS and Siemens TeamCenter, adhering to IPC standards related to production and quality assurance.

You will become part of a competent team characterized by collaboration, flat hierarchy, and a strong interest in technology.

• Degree in Engineering from a University of Applied Sciences or equivalent
• At least 1 year of work experience in production engineering or production preparation
• Good command of Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Experience in PCB manufacturing or other relevant competencies within electronics production is advantageous, as is knowledge of IPC standards. Additionally, experience working with IFS, Teamcenter, or CAD tools such as Catia and AutoCAD is considered a bonus.

The position requires that you undergo and pass the security clearance checks according to current regulations.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary
