Welcome to Aura Personal — we are looking for several Train Assemblers for a client in Västerås.

About the role:

As a train assembler, you will work with the assembly and refurbishment of trains and other rail vehicles. The work involves practical tasks in the depot where quality, safety, and punctuality are always central to your work. You will become an important part of a team responsible for ensuring that the vehicles are operational and comply with current regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Assembly and disassembly of components on carriages and trains
• Inspection and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems
• Documentation of completed work and reporting of deviations
• Collaboration with colleagues to achieve safety and quality goals

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in assembly, mechanics, or vehicle/railway technology
• Is meticulous, safety-conscious, and has practical skills
• Thrives in a team environment and takes personal responsibility
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Can work according to established routines and follow instructions carefully

Merits:

• Previous experience from the railway industry
• Education in mechanics, vehicles, or electrical power
• YKB, security clearance, or other relevant certification
• Category B driver's license
