We at Aura Personal are now looking for a diagnostic technician for one of our clients in Spånga. In this role, you will work with troubleshooting and repairs of passenger cars. You will be part of a workshop team and play an important role in identifying and solving technical problems in a precise and efficient manner.

About the role

As a diagnostic technician, you will become a key person in the workshop team and be responsible for identifying and solving technical problems in vehicles in an efficient and high-quality manner. You will work closely with both colleagues and customers and help ensure that vehicles leave the workshop in top condition.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics using modern tools
• Analyze and rectify mechanical and electronic problems
• Carry out repairs and servicing according to manufacturer specifications
• Collaborate with technicians to achieve high efficiency and quality
• Correctly document work orders, performed work, and technical measures
• Provide technical advice and support to customers as needed

We are looking for someone who

• Has relevant education in vehicle technology and diagnostics
• Has previous experience with vehicle diagnostics for various car brands
• Is proficient in using modern diagnostic tools and troubleshooting systems
• Is meticulous, structured, and solution-oriented
• Has the ability to read and interpret technical documentation
• Thrives in a team environment and has good communication skills
• Can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
