We are now looking for a marine technician who wants to be part of a positive and engaged work group with many exciting projects. Your role as a marine technician involves participating in various projects such as renovations and maintenance of quays, piers, and pontoons, towing, transport, remediation work, dredging, and blasting. The work also includes piling, salvage, and ship breaking, laying out fenders, buoys, and pontoons, as well as renting out workboats and pontoons.

Most of our projects are in the Greater Stockholm area, but work in other locations may occur, so you need to be available for travel as part of the job.

About You

As a person, you are positive, passionate about the profession, and enjoy working in a team. You have experience with marine-related infrastructure projects and possess good collaboration and communication skills. We also look for the following qualifications:

  • Class VIII Ship Captain's Certificate
  • Class VIII Chief Engineer's Certificate
  • Approved medical examination for seafarers
  • Category B driver's license

Additional qualifications that are meritorious include:

  • Vocational certificate in a construction-related field
  • Other relevant training and requirement courses for the profession
  • Relevant professional experience
  • Crane operator training for truck-mounted cranes over 18 t/m
  • Safe Lift ISO certification
  • Forklift license
  • Excavator training

We are looking for someone who wants to work in a tightly knit group and have fun at work together with colleagues.
