About the Company

The company is a global producer and distributor of printed circuit boards (PCBs) for customers operating in various industries. With a strong presence in Malmö and approximately 200 employees, they offer a work environment that combines the resources of a large corporation with the close-knit atmosphere of a smaller company. More information about the company will be provided during a phone interview.

The position is initially a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by Corio, with good opportunities for direct hire by the client company afterwards.

Job Description

As an assembler, you will play a key role in production, where quality and precision are paramount. You will work with varied assembly of circuit boards, a process that requires technical understanding, precision, and an eye for detail. Work is carried out according to instructions and manuals, which assumes that you are comfortable absorbing information both written and orally. More specifically, you will work with:

• Soldering and fixing various components, as well as restocking materials.
• Mechanical and electrical assembly of smaller components.
• Quality control and documentation.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who thrives in a production environment where precision and quality are the focus. The pace can be fast at times, which you will handle with engagement and drive. We believe that you are curious, a quick learner, and meticulous. In the recruitment process, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

The following are requirements for the position:

• Experience working with electronic components.
• Post-secondary education in electronics or a comparable field deemed equivalent.
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written. English is an asset.

Good knowledge of soft soldering is an asset.

Start Date: Immediately

Location: Malmö

Scope: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday–Friday daytime, may involve shift work between 06:00–23:15

Salary: According to GFL (Collective Agreement)
