We have a total of around 70 employees, and you will be part of a dedicated cleaning team of three people, where collaboration, responsibility, and pride in the profession are at the center.

Your Role

As part of our cleaning team, you are responsible for creating clean, pleasant, and safe homes. Your work is crucial for the customer's experience of added value, security, and care, whether it concerns our care recipients or private customers.

Your main responsibilities:

• Perform home cleaning according to schedule and quality requirements
• Work with professional methods and adapted materials
• Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions
• Communicate with customers and colleagues in a positive and respectful manner
• Ensure good hygiene

We are looking for someone who is:

• Meticulous, independent, and has an eye for detail
• Development-oriented. You enjoy thinking outside the box and want to contribute to improvements
• A team player who thrives in a small work team with close collaboration

Requirements:

• Experience in home cleaning or similar work
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
• A valid driver's license (Category B) is required, as you need to travel between customers
• Good physical fitness and a desire to make a difference in others' daily lives
