About the role

Ikett Personalpartner is currently looking for a Machine Assembler for a company within the machinery and automation industry. The company develops and builds special machines used in manufacturing, primarily for the production of consumer products. In this role, you will primarily work with assembling machines based on drawings and specifications. The work is varied and often requires you to adapt, adjust, and solve practical problems directly during the assembly process. Since each machine is custom-made, there are great opportunities to influence and improve solutions along the way. The work is performed both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues. Working hours are during the day. Start date is by agreement. The position may involve business travel with stays in other locations for extended periods.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have a high school education and experience from a workshop environment or similar practical work. You are handy, solution-oriented, and have a genuine interest in mechanics and technology. You thrive working independently, take responsibility for your work, and have the ability to structure and drive your tasks forward. At the same time, you are a team player who enjoys collaborating and contributing to the group's development. Experience with manual workshop machines such as lathes and milling machines is an advantage, but not a requirement. We appreciate that you enjoy variety in work and are motivated by the fact that no day – or machine – is like the other. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
