We are now looking for you who are a nursing assistant or assistant nurse for our evening team in Täby Kyrkby. Here you will find meaningful work where you make a difference, every day.

Employment and Terms

Employment: Monday–Sunday
Working hours: 15:30–22:00
Employment type: Permanent position with a six-month probation period or position based on need
Start date: According to agreement
Workplace: You will be based at our office in Täby Kyrkby and work within Vallentuna Municipality.

Job Duties – What will you do?

You will work in customers' homes with varied tasks based on individual needs:

• Personal care – Support with hygiene, dressing/undressing, and mobility.
• Social support & conversation – Create security through presence and good treatment.
• Support in daily life – Help with meals and simpler household chores.
• Supervision & security – Pay attention to needs and contribute to safe care.
• Documentation – Document according to the implementation plan.
• Security alarms – Quickly respond to urgent needs from customers who have triggered alarms. We work on behalf of Vallentuna Municipality and are responsible for both standard home care tasks and handling security alarms between 07:00–22:00. This means a varied assignment with both planned and more urgent interventions.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are engaged and want to contribute to a secure and professional home care service:

• Assistant Nurse Education (meritorious) – You have a completed education, preferably with experience.
• Good Swedish in speech and writing – You can communicate clearly and document correctly.
• Category B driver's license (required) – You are a confident and experienced driver.
• Cycling experience – You feel comfortable traveling between customers.
• Empathetic & receptive – You meet people with respect and understanding.
• Flexible & solution-oriented – You adapt and find solutions in daily life.
• Digitally savvy – You use mobile devices and systems in your daily work.
