Responsibilities

In the role of Operations Technician at Vattnets Hus in Kalmar, you are responsible for ensuring the daily operation and maintenance of the facility. Your tasks include handling fault reports and service cases, daily rounds, as well as planned and corrective maintenance. You are responsible for ensuring that building technical systems function optimally and that supply systems and installations meet both the property owner's requirements and the tenants' expectations. The role also involves maintaining contact with suppliers, following maintenance plans, and providing technical support to building caretakers. You will become an important part of Kalmar's new swimming and wellness facility, Vattnets Hus.

• Supervision and responsibility for building technical systems
• Contact with suppliers
• Follow maintenance plans for the properties

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Several years of work experience in a role with similar responsibilities or in a similar technical service trade
• Experience from working with commercial properties or in industry is an advantage
• Experience from swimming pool operations is an advantage
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

You are responsible and work independently with a clear focus on ensuring safe and well-functioning operations. Your service orientation is high, and you have a natural ability to collaborate with colleagues and suppliers in a professional and helpful manner. Furthermore, you are flexible, enjoy varied tasks, and adapt easily to changes.
