At Linnea's Home Care, we are building a small, newly established operation where you, as an employee, play a vital role in creating secure and reliable care for our customers.

We are currently looking for assistant nurses (undersköterskor) for full-time positions with a rotating schedule during daytime hours and every other weekend.

Your Role

As an assistant nurse with us, you work closely with our customers in their daily lives and contribute with:

• Personal care
• Assistance with daily chores
• Walks, accompaniment, and social support
• Documentation according to routines
• Security, consideration, and professional interaction

We are looking for you who

• Are educated as an assistant nurse / care aide
• Have good Swedish skills in speech and writing
• Meet people with warmth and respect
• Are independent, responsible, and confident in your profession
• Have experience in home care (meritorious but not a requirement)
• Enjoy working in a growing operation where you can influence and make an impact
• Can cycle or ride a kick scooter

Working Hours

• Hourly employment to start with

The founders of Linnea's Home Care are educated in healthcare and have worked many years in the industry. We have seen what works — and what is missing. That is why we have chosen to create a smaller, newly established operation where quality, time, and humanity take center stage. We wanted to build a home care service that feels authentic, where both customers and staff get the space and care they deserve.

We operate from our office in Bredäng and are active along the Red Line in southern Stockholm, specifically Aspudden - Vårberg.
