At Linnea’s Home Care, we are building a small, newly established operation. We launched on December 1st, and as an employee, you play a vital role in creating secure care for our customers.

We are currently looking for assistant nurses for summer hourly positions, with the possibility of continued employment into the autumn.

Your Role

As an assistant nurse with us, you work closely with our customers in their daily lives and contribute by:

• Personal care
• Help with daily chores
• Accompanying customers on walks and providing social support
• Documentation according to established routines
• Providing security, care, and professional treatment

We are looking for someone who

• Is trained as an assistant nurse or care aide
• Has good Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
• Meets people with warmth and respect
• Is independent, responsible, and confident in your profession
• Has experience in home care (advantageous, but not a requirement)
• Enjoys working in a growing operation where you can influence and make a difference
• Can cycle or ride a kick scooter

Working Hours

• Hourly position to start with
• Opportunity for permanent and full-time employment as the operation grows
• Day, evening, and weekend shifts – with flexibility to influence your schedule

We, the founders of Linnea’s Home Care, are trained in healthcare and have worked many years in the industry. We have seen what works—and what is missing. That is why we chose to create a smaller, newly established operation where quality, time, and humanity take center stage. We wanted to build a home care service that feels genuine, where both customers and staff receive the space and care they deserve.

We operate from our office in Bredäng and serve areas along the Red Line in southern Stockholm, specifically Bredäng–Vårberg.
