For an exciting client assignment, we are now looking for a senior and driven Backend Developer with a focus on Java and AWS

About the assignment

You will work in a delivery area responsible for developing and maintaining modern, scalable, and user-friendly services for ticket sales and payments. The solutions are used in multiple channels – both internal and external – and handle large transaction volumes in real-time.

Development takes place in cross-functional, agile teams with significant autonomy and close collaboration between developers, product owners, and other stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

You will work with backend development within one or more of the following areas:

• Services for sales in digital channels, including payment integrations
• Integrations with external partners and resellers
• Systems for financial monitoring and reporting
• Support for customer service systems
• Infrastructure and monitoring in a cloud environment

Technical environment

• Java (Spring Boot)
• AWS (cloud-based architecture)
• Docker & container-based development
• Jenkins (CI/CD)
• Event-driven and distributed system architecture

Development takes place in two-week sprints with continuous releases in an automated pipeline.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who are an experienced backend developer with strong technical drive and an interest in robust, scalable systems.

You have:

• Several years of experience with Java and modern backend frameworks
• Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS
• Experience working in distributed and event-driven systems
• Experience with CI/CD and container technology
• Ability to work in agile teams and take ownership

About the team

You will become part of a larger delivery area with approximately 60 people, organized into several cross-functional teams. The work is characterized by a high technical level, collaboration, and a shared focus on quality, security, and user experience.
