We are now looking for a Production Manager for our highly automated customer warehouse for pharmaceutical distribution located on Händelö in Norrköping.

As a Production Manager, you are the link between management and employees, where your role is crucial in translating business goals into practice. You will become part of a great team consisting of supervisors and support functions, who work daily towards high efficiency, quality, and sustainability. We are looking for you who will strengthen our team and help us exceed customer expectations together!

About the role

As a Production Manager, you have approximately 25 direct reports who work with common warehouse management tasks within pharmaceutical distribution. You play a key role in daily operations by leading the work towards a safe, efficient, and pleasant workplace.

Through a coaching and present leadership style, you ensure your team's well-being, motivation, and engagement. Furthermore, you work to ensure compliance with routines regarding working environment, safety, and quality. You also work on optimizing daily conditions for staffing, follow up on key figures, and drive improvement work. You collaborate with other departments and functions to achieve the region's common goals.

About you

We are looking for you who have a high level of engagement and personal drive. You have a flexible approach and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. You are also meticulous and structured with the will and ability to prioritize tasks. You have a business-minded approach and are good at communicating and building relationships. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented and want to work with continuous improvements.

We place great emphasis on leadership skills, and therefore look for you who have good experience of leadership and personnel responsibility. You have good computer skills, especially with the Office package, and good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing. It is meritorious if you have previously had a supervisory role in the manufacturing industry, as well as if you have experience of Lean, 5S, and automation.

The certificate must be presented before employment begins.
