On behalf of our client, we are looking for a driven and practical property maintenance worker for summer employment for approximately two months, tentatively from one week into June to one week into August. You will be responsible for ongoing maintenance, supervision, and minor repairs in and around our properties.

The work primarily consists of patrolling common areas, as well as repairing, maintaining, and servicing lighting, doors, and locks. You will be responsible for the maintenance, service, and supervision of machinery and equipment in laundry rooms, sub-stations, and ventilation systems. Exterior property maintenance is also included, such as mowing lawns, raking, leaf removal, and weed control. You will also:

• Keep trash rooms and waste stations clean and in good condition.
• Read water and electricity consumption at the end of each month.
• Address minor plumbing-related issues such as leaking valves, floor drains, and sewers.
• Seal radiator valves, replace gaskets, and perform minor maintenance on faucets.
• Clean and clear drains and water traps.
• Clean and clear manholes, scuppers, and leaf collectors in the stormwater system.
• Inspect roofs, gutters, downpipes, and roof tiles.

The assignment is full-time from June to August. You will work Monday–Friday between 07:00 and 16:00. The location for the assignment is in Solna.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we prefer that you have experience working as a property maintenance worker or gardener for several years, or alternatively, experience with garden and park work. As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and solution-oriented. You have an eye for making outdoor environments pleasant for tenants. We look for someone who:

• Has a valid B-driver's license.
• Has experience in property maintenance or similar work (meritorious).
• Is handy, self-motivated, and has a good sense of service.
• Thrives with both practical work and varied tasks.
• Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
