VentPartner works with indoor climate and we offer complete ventilation solutions with cooling, control and monitoring, and not least service. Today we are located in Västerås, Karlskoga, and Örebro, and together we are close to 100 people.

Our customers are primarily property owners, construction contractors, and industries. Many of them are recurring clients, and we help them with everything from office buildings, hospitals, swimming facilities, schools, and similar. There are many large projects – but we work with both large and small tasks, and we are available for even the smallest service needs.

VentPartner is part of the installation group Instalco, which is one of the leading installation companies in the Nordics within plumbing, electrical, ventilation, cooling, and industry. Today, Instalco is represented in Sweden, Norway, and Finland through its subsidiaries.

Introduction

Do you want to help build sustainable and energy-efficient environments? PN's collaboration with VentPartner gives you both theoretical knowledge and practical experience to kickstart your career as a ventilation technician. After 12 introduction weeks that include onboarding and guidance, you begin your assignment at VentPartner, in an industry where the demand for competence is only growing.

Information about the position

Professionals Nord is now relaunching this successful setup in collaboration with Satellite Group. Through our initiative, we are shaping the next generation of ventilation technicians. During the introduction period via Satellite Group, you develop skills so that you quickly become confident in the tasks required for the role of a ventilation technician. You will then be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at VentPartner for at least 18 months. The goal is then for your employment to transfer to VentPartner, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Information about the introduction period

The introduction period is based on the Accelerated Learning method, where shorter theoretical parts are combined with practical moments to give you all the tools you need to succeed in the role. During the period, you develop in areas such as:

• Materials and components 
• Drawing and system understanding 
• Assembly and installation 
• Construction process, projects, and contracting 
• Planning, working environment, and safety 
• Digital tools and documentation 

We offer the possibility of study support during the entire introduction period. 

Start-up event: August 3

Pre-introduction: August 3 – November 6, 2026

Introduction: August 17 – November 6, 2026 (details for the entire introduction period will be given at the employment interview)

First day at VentPartner: November 9, 2026

About VentPartner 

VentPartner is an established player in ventilation, with a strong focus on quality, professionalism, and long-term customer relationships. Here you work with ventilation installations in larger projects, primarily within commercial properties such as offices, shops, and sports facilities. 

Information about the position

In the role of ventilation technician, you will work with the assembly of ventilation systems at construction sites. You become part of an assembly team where you work closely with experienced colleagues and a lead technician. The work involves following drawings and instructions and gradually developing towards being able to work more independently in projects. 

You will work in varied projects, both within new construction and renovation. The projects often last for a longer period. Regardless of the setup, you are an important part of ensuring that the installations maintain high quality – from start to finished facility. Working hours are primarily during the day, and you operate directly from the project site. 

We are looking for you who

• Are 18 years or older
• Hold a B driver's license 
• Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English 
• Have a technical interest 
• Have the motivation and desire to make a career change 
• Have passed tests (MAP & Matrigma)

We therefore believe that you are curious and take great responsibility for your work, and place great emphasis on being a team player to move the work forward together with your colleagues. It is also important that you as a person are problem-solving and want to develop your competence in the work.
