Your role as Evening Automation Specialist

As an Evening Automation Specialist at Apotea, you will be a key member of the new automation group within the logistics department in Morgongåva. You will work closely with the Automation Manager and other functions to ensure that the daily operational tasks of the automation systems run efficiently during the evening shift. The role involves leading the staff in the automation group, monitoring workflows, prioritizing tasks, and contributing to clear handovers between day and evening operations. You will handle operational deviations, ensure that the right information reaches the right function, and create the conditions for safe, stable, and efficient work during evening hours.

The position is located in Morgongåva, and the working hours are in the evening (14:00–00:00) Monday to Friday.

• Experience from warehousing, logistics, production, or e-commerce, preferably with evening shift experience.
• Experience in leading, instructing, or supporting colleagues in an operational flow.
• Good system proficiency and interest in technology, automation, exception handling, and improvement work.
• Experience with automated warehouse solutions, WMS, Lean/5S, or shift handovers is a plus.
