As a Technical Coordinator, you play a central and crucial role in the company's delivery process. You work primarily administratively from the office and are responsible for ensuring that all preliminary and completion notifications to electricity network operators are handled correctly, efficiently, and without delay. The role requires a strong electrical engineering background to independently assess technical documentation and communicate with network companies.
You are a key person between technology, delivery, and external parties – ensuring that no installations begin without approval.
Responsibilities:
- Create and send preliminary notifications to electricity network operators (Ellevio, Vattenfall Eldistribution, E.ON, and local network companies) within 2 working days of receiving an order
- Follow up on all open cases until written approval is received
- Handle supplements and technical questions from network companies promptly
- Ensure that no cases are left pending or unanswered
Completion Notifications
- Create and send completion notifications after installation
- Ensure that the execution matches the approved preliminary notification
- Monitor that cases are registered and confirmed by the network company
- Handle any deviations and supplements
Ongoing Follow-up and Structure
- Maintain an updated case register with clear status per order
- Daily follow-up on open cases and act proactively in case of risk of delay
- Maintain ongoing dialogue with the delivery manager regarding critical cases
- Flag immediately if network investigation or reinforcement is required
Technical Preparation
- Review technical documentation (power, main fuse, connection point, battery specifications)
- Assess whether the installation fits within existing capacity
- Identify complex cases at an early stage
Internal Coordination
- Ensure that installations are not booked before an approved preliminary notification
- Communicate processing times to internal teams
- Build and maintain contact channels with network companies
To succeed in the role, you have:
- Completed upper secondary education in electricity (Electrician program) or equivalent
- Good understanding of low-voltage networks, main fuses, and connection power
- Experience with preliminary and completion notifications to network companies
- Very good structure and experience handling multiple parallel cases
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
- Good computer skills
- General electrical qualification
Merits:
- Experience with solar cells, battery storage, or charging stations
- Knowledge of energy storage (AC/DC, protection, relays)
- Experience with network companies' portals
- Familiarity with ELSÄK-FS and the Swedish Electrical Safety Authority's regulations
We are looking for someone who:
- Is structured, meticulous, and responsible
- Has strong self-drive and works proactively
- Thrives in a coordinating role with many contact points
- Communicates technical issues clearly
- Wants to help build structure in a fast-growing company
We offer:
- A key role in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial energy company
- Great opportunities to influence and develop working methods
- Modern and well-appointed office with gym and sauna
- Regular kick-offs, team events, and social activities
- 6-month probation period leading to permanent employment
- 25 days of vacation
- Phone and computer provided
