Kito Crosby is looking for a Maintenance Technician for our factory in Gunnebo

Thanks to stable and positive development, we are now looking for a new colleague to join our team – a handy and solution-oriented Maintenance Technician. This role is crucial for ensuring operational safety and development in our production. Here is why you should apply:

• High-quality production: We are a chain factory in Gunnebo, south of Västervik, with a long tradition of manufacturing reliable and innovative lifting and load securing solutions. We offer world-class products.
• Exciting work environment: The factory is equipped with advanced machinery for wire drawing, annealing, welding, hardening, blasting, and calibration, among others. We work in the SAP business system and use Balthzar to measure machine utilization and availability. You will work both independently and in teams, on both short-term and long-term projects.
• Varied tasks: As a maintenance technician, you will work on maintaining our machinery. You will have the opportunity to work with both corrective and preventive maintenance, as well as machine renovations. You will participate in and secure the production process for future challenges. We use the maintenance system Maintmaster.
• Continuous improvement: Your role involves actively supporting the continuous improvement work in the factory and maintaining good dialogue with your colleagues. You also contribute ideas and solutions that make our production even better.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with relevant education and/or equivalent competence gained through work experience in one or more of these areas: turning, milling, welding, hydraulics, or tribology.

Fluent Swedish is required, and good knowledge of English is desirable.

You are self-motivated, confident, focused, and have good communication skills. You see both the details and the big picture, and you have a non-hierarchical approach.
