About the role:

We are looking for a Team Leader for our logistics operations who wants to contribute to efficient, well-functioning, and structured warehouse management. You will become an important part of the business, responsible for leading and motivating the team in daily work. This role suits you if you have natural leadership qualities, thrive in a dynamic environment, and wish to develop within warehousing and logistics.

Responsibilities:

As Team Leader, you are responsible for planning, distributing, and following up on daily work at the warehouse. You work operationally together with the team and ensure that picking and packing, inbound and outbound deliveries, as well as cargo handling, are carried out efficiently and with high quality.

You are responsible for creating structure and a good working environment, acting as a supportive and driving leader for the employees. Duties also include warehouse replenishment, inventory, and registration in business systems. You ensure that routines and safety regulations are followed and contribute to order and tidiness in the warehouse.

Desired qualifications and skills:

We are looking for you who have experience in warehousing or logistics, preferably in a leadership role. A forklift license is meritorious, as is experience with the business system Monitor. You are accustomed to working at a high pace and have good physical fitness.

As a person, you are responsible, structured, and solution-oriented. You have good leadership skills and the ability to motivate and create engagement in the team.

You are communicative, clear, and easy to collaborate with. At the same time, you are self-reliant and take initiative when needed. You master Swedish in speech and writing and have basic knowledge of English.

A Class B driver's license is required, and you must be able to undergo a security clearance for work under defense secrecy.

You must have the opportunity to work at Ritek in Levanger (Norway) during the weeks for the introduction and training period, which covers the first four months of employment.
