About the role:

We are looking for warehouse workers who want to contribute to an efficient and well-functioning logistics operation. You will become an important part of our team and work in a dynamic environment where structure, pace, and precision are in focus. The role is suitable for you if you enjoy physical work and want to develop within warehousing and logistics.

 

Responsibilities:

As a warehouse worker, you are responsible for picking and packing goods, inbound and outbound deliveries, as well as handling cargo. You work to ensure that the right products are delivered on time and with high quality. Duties also include restocking shelves, inventory management, and registration in business systems. You contribute to order and cleanliness in the warehouse and follow current routines and safety regulations.

 

Desired qualifications and skills:

We are looking for you who have experience in warehousing or logistics. A forklift license is an advantage, as is experience with the business system Monitor. You are accustomed to working at a high pace and have good physical fitness.

As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and have good teamwork skills. You thrive both working independently and in a team. You have a structured approach to work and take initiative when needed. You are proficient in Swedish in both speech and writing, and have basic knowledge of English.

 

A Class B driver's license is required, and you must be able to undergo a security clearance check for work under defense secrecy.

 

You must have the opportunity to work at Ritek in Levanger (Norway) during the weeks of the introduction and training period, which covers the first four months of employment.
