Nitext was founded in 2018 by two families with extensive experience in the construction and landscaping industry. Since its inception, the business has grown steadily, driven by clarity, structure, and care. Regardless of the type of work, Nitext knows that a correctly executed substructure is the foundation for outdoor environments that last over time – both from a quality, economic, and environmental perspective.

We are now looking for gardeners to strengthen the gardening team during the summer season. You will be part of Nitext's gardening team, which needs reinforcement during the season. The team works closely together and is jointly responsible for delivering well-maintained and sustainable outdoor environments to the company's customers.

As a gardener, you will among other things:

• Perform mowing and routine maintenance
• Be responsible for irrigation and weed control
• Replace plants as needed
• Cut hedges and prune trees
• Plant flowers and trees

Responsibilities

In the role of gardener, you are responsible for ensuring that daily maintenance and planting work is carried out according to plan and with high quality. You contribute to keeping outdoor environments well-maintained, safe, and presentable through careful work and a high pace when required. You are expected to take responsibility for your tasks, use tools and machinery safely, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow. The role also involves following on-site instructions and procedures and contributing to a positive team environment.

Desired Profile:

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Physically strong and enduring
• Experience in gardening maintenance for at least 3 seasons
• Enjoy working outdoors
• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Ability to operate lawn mowers

We are looking for someone who:

We are looking for someone with clear drive and a willingness to work. You enjoy being outdoors in all weather conditions and have no problem working hard when the job requires it. You are detail-oriented but can also work efficiently when the pace is high. As a person, you are cheerful, considerate, and solution-oriented. If you encounter something you cannot do yet, you see it as an opportunity to learn – your motivation and joy in working are the most important factors.

Merits if you:

• Have experience working with brush cutters
• Hold a chainsaw certificate
• Have education in horticulture or plant knowledge
• Have experience with other machinery, such as wheel loaders

Start: Immediately
Working Hours: Monday–Friday 07:00–16:00
Location: The office is located in Botkyrka; work is performed in the Stockholm area
Employment Type: Seasonal employment until October
