Summer is approaching, and we are looking for additional support for the maintenance of our properties, primarily in central Stockholm. The role involves all common tasks within the industry.

Gardening duties include the maintenance and cleaning of inner courtyards, mowing lawns, and watering.

For property maintenance, the main task is rounds: changing light bulbs, troubleshooting, reporting deviations, and carrying out minor repairs.

The role also includes light cleaning of common areas such as waste rooms and laundry rooms, as well as sweeping in front of the buildings.

Thus, there are varied tasks in inspiring environments that must be planned and executed independently and with personal responsibility, which is very important.

In Stockholm, the lack of parking spaces is a significant and recurring problem. Therefore, we recommend and provide an electric cargo bike as a means of transport. With one exception, the properties are located close to each other.

Access to a car can potentially be discussed, and having your own car is also an option.

Since the company has long-standing customer relationships, a friendly, crisp, and trustworthy attitude is crucial.
