Environmental Worker/Sweeping Driver (Katrineholm)

About the Role

At Ohlssons, we are looking for Environmental Workers/Sweeping Drivers with a Category C driving license for our waste management contract in Katrineholm. In this role, you will enjoy a varied daily routine working out in the field, performing meaningful work that contributes to a sustainable future.

Your primary responsibilities will include collecting household waste according to planned routes using our rear-loading trucks (4-compartment/village trucks). It is important that you are meticulous to ensure all bins are emptied, and that you take responsibility for carrying out the work in a safe and secure manner. As an important ambassador for Ohlssons, you will interact with many customers; therefore, it is crucial that you have a positive attitude and enjoy providing excellent service.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Category C driving license.
• Valid Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC/YKB).
• Experience in the driving profession, preferably with experience in the waste management industry.
• Basic IT skills.
• Good proficiency in Swedish (both spoken and written).
• Local knowledge of the region is considered an asset.
