Regionservice is a smooth, flexible, and innovative service organization with proud employees who together create value for Region Sörmland.

Regionservice aims to create the prerequisites for fulfilling Region Sörmland's mission in an efficient and appropriate manner. We do this by being attentive to and understanding our customers' needs. We develop and provide various support services to all operations, politics, patients, and visitors of Region Sörmland. We work within the areas of; buildings and premises, procurement, payroll and invoice processing, administration, information management, and operationally close services such as catering, transport, cleaning, and care-related services. The entire Region Sörmland is smoke-free.

The cleaning operations are part of operational services, which is a part of Regionservice.

Your Responsibilities

The work includes:

Daily cleaning of care environments in hospitals as well as our outdoor areas.
Deep cleaning.
Infection control cleaning.
Construction and moving cleaning.

Your Qualifications

We are now looking for you who:

Are at least 18 years old.
Have excellent command of the Swedish language in speech, reading comprehension, and writing.
Are dedicated: For you, it is natural to be a face for the cleaning service. You build relationships with our customers, are trustworthy, and have the ability to work both in a team and independently.
Are empathetic: You understand the importance of focusing on operations, which you demonstrate through your warm approach to other people, your good sense of service, and your willingness to work towards good quality and high service standards.
You work both in teams and individually, where both independence and good cooperation skills are required.

What We Offer

Here, you become part of something important. We strive to create a developing and fun workplace. It is an advantage if you have previous experience in cleaning or service professions, as well as training in SRY or PRYL.

A B-driver's license and experience with manual transmission are advantageous.

We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

All candidates must take a language test during a potential second interview as we must ensure patient safety.

Employment Type

Hourly employment during periods between week 23 - 52. Start date by agreement.

Working hours vary; we are staffed between 06:00 - 19:00. You may work mornings, days, evenings, and weekends, which means there are great opportunities for flexibility.
