About the Role

SCASA AB is an international football agency operating in Europe and other global markets. We are currently seeking a licensed manager responsible for representing players and coaches, as well as driving transfer processes and contract negotiations.

This role is central to ensuring compliance with FIFA regulations and developing the company's international operations from our base in Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Represent players and coaches in contract negotiations.
• Identify and execute international transfer opportunities.
• Maintain and develop relationships with clubs and partners.
• Ensure operations comply with current FIFA regulations.
• Handle documentation and administration related to transfers.

Qualifications

• Valid FIFA Agent License (mandatory).
• Documented experience working within professional football.
• Experience with international transfer processes.
• Established network within professional football.
• Strong proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience across multiple international markets.
• Additional language skills.

Employment Conditions

• Full-time position.
• Fixed salary combined with performance-based compensation.
