About the role

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a meticulous and driven warehouse/production assistant to join an established industrial operation. Here, you will work in a structured environment where quality, safety, and collaboration are key priorities. In this role, you will work closely with production and logistics flows. You will be responsible for ensuring materials are handled correctly and that processes run according to plan. The position requires attention to detail, a sense of responsibility, and a strong focus on safety. The position is full-time, and working hours may be scheduled during day shifts or rotating shifts depending on operational needs.

Your responsibilities

• Handling and preparation of materials and products
• Forklift operation and internal material transport
• Restocking and monitoring of processes
• Quality control according to instructions
• Collaboration with production, warehouse, and other functions

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience from warehousing, production, or similar environments
• Is meticulous, responsible, and structured
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative
• Has good collaboration skills
• Has a forklift license (experience with different types of forklifts is a plus)
• Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Additional qualifications

• Experience from manufacturing industry
• Familiarity with working with quality and safety routines
