SH Bygg is now hiring a Site Supervisor for their operations in Stockholm

The role is operational and involves working closely with production, with responsibility for site supervision, coordination, and workplace safety in daily project work.

About the Role

As a Site Supervisor at SH Bygg, you have an operational and present role in production. You work daily on-site and are responsible for the practical implementation of projects, in close collaboration with the Site Manager and subcontractors.

In this role, your overall responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting SH Bygg's carpenters and coordinating subcontractors
• Having ongoing dialogue with, for example, lead installers and other partners
• Working operationally and close to production in daily tasks
• Developing and executing work preparation plans based on existing risk assessments
• Conducting safety rounds and ensuring that work complies with current health and safety requirements
• Responsible for material orders related to projects

You play a key role in driving daily work forward with a focus on quality, safety, and a well-functioning collaboration on-site.

Requirements

• At least three years of work experience as a Site Supervisor
• Technical background from production in construction, e.g., as a carpenter or similar
• Experience in site supervision within construction, installation, or concrete
• Digital proficiency and experience working with computers in the role
• Fluent Swedish in speech and good English skills
• Valid B-class driver's license

If you have a University College (YH) education as a Site Supervisor, we view this as an advantage.
