Are you a natural leader with a burning passion for service and community? At Gibben, we are currently looking for a Waiter/Waitress who wants to take significant responsibility in our family-owned restaurant.

In this role, you will work closely with both our guests and our family team. You will be responsible for the daily operations when the owners are not on-site, where your presence and engagement are crucial for the smooth running of the business. We value a leadership style that is warm yet clear, with a constant focus on the customer.

Please note that this position involves a significant amount of weekend work.

Your Responsibilities

  • Service, sales, and customer interaction of the highest standard.
  • Ensuring high quality in food, drinks, and the overall guest experience.
  • Leading, supporting, and coaching employees in daily work.
  • Responsible for scheduling and staffing when regular managers are not present.
  • Creating structure, clarity, and joy in work within the team.
  • Ensuring routines regarding hygiene, tidiness, and working environment.
  • Serving as a role model in service, pace, and interaction.

  • Experience from restaurants, cafes, or similar operations.
  • Experience with scheduling.
  • An interest in various sports broadcast at our venue daily/evenings.

  • The ability to see both guests and colleagues in everyday life.
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
