You will support and work as part of a team to deliver exceptional food quality, outstanding customer care, and fantastic service! Your role is very important to us here at GDK because you will be the driving force behind helping to achieve our brand standards, working in a fantastic team, and ensuring that every guest leaves the restaurant with a great experience and wants to return to us!
Here is what you need:
- Our guest comes first in everything we do.
- Have a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Help guests choose meals and drinks and provide additional upselling information.
- Process guests' orders via the POS system.
- Deliver orders to the kitchen and help with cooking and packing food and drinks.
- Ensure that the portion of food packed or served looks appealing.
- Promote additional items to complement the guest experience and increase sales.
- Process sales, give guests receipts, and deliver food.
- Greet EVERY guest sincerely and warmly.
- Answer the phone and handle inquiries.
- Compile and package orders according to brand standards.
- Keep all guest areas clean, hygienic, and tidy.
- Ensure that all orders are completely complete and ready to be received by the guest.
- Work according to brand standards and deliver exceptional guest service.
Key skills and knowledge required for the job:
- Can speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other team members.
- Has the ability to maintain a clean and fresh environment.
- Shows a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards all tasks.
- Demonstrates a cheerful and helpful attitude and always provides excellent customer service.
- Adapts to changing business volumes with a sense of urgency.
- Can demonstrate full understanding of the menu and allergens.
- Ability to follow instructions to achieve brand standards (GDK's way).
- Ability to complete daily paperwork in line with GDK's standards.
- Maintain the ability to undergo internal training in all parts of the kitchen and cash register.
- Believe in and value exceptional customer service and impeccable standards.

Full-time, fixed monthly salary or hourly wage as agreed!
Upon employment, we always apply a probationary period for the first six months.
