About the Role

A&R Lidingö Home Care is looking for Care Assistants/Nursing Assistants to join our dedicated team in Lidingö. The role involves close contact with our clients, where your support contributes to their sense of security and well-being.

Responsibilities for Care Assistant/Nursing Assistant

• Provide support and nursing care in the home in accordance with individually adapted care plans.

• Contribute to a safe and caring home environment for our clients.

• Document and report care interventions as well as observed changes in clients' conditions.

• Participate in team meetings and communicate with colleagues to ensure integrated and effective care.

Desired Qualifications and Characteristics

• Empathetic and flexible: You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of clients.

• Communicative: You have a good ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both colleagues and clients.

• Independent and proactive: You can work independently and take initiative to improve the quality of care.

• Relevant experience is an advantage: Previous experience in home care or similar healthcare operations is a plus.
