About the Role

As a Car Rental Agent, you play a central role in the business and are responsible for the entire rental process. The role is both operational and business-oriented, where every decision impacts customer experience, results, and workflow.

The work includes, among other things:

• Customer contact via phone and email
• Booking, handling, and follow-up of rentals
• Pricing and invoicing
• Matching the right car to the right customer
• Independent decision-making in daily work
• Active work to optimize the business in every rental

This is a role in a rapidly developing business where much happens in parallel. The pace varies, and certain periods require high visibility, prioritization skills, and personal accountability.

Experience from similar operations is advantageous but not a requirement.
