About the role

As a Junior Mechanic, you will primarily handle simpler workshop jobs and service tasks. You will become an important part of the workflow to prepare cars for photography, delivery, and sale. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy practical work, are detail-oriented, and want to improve every week.

Your main responsibilities

• Service and maintenance (e.g., oil, filters, basic checks)
• Tire changes and tire work (mounting, changing, simpler tire-related tasks)
• Brake replacements (basic)
• Replacement of simpler wear parts (e.g., control arms/linkages where relevant)
• Preparations for inspection and delivery
• Basic troubleshooting (basic level, with support as needed)
• Maintain order in the workshop and follow routines/checklists
• Report completed work and deviations according to our processes

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has some experience from a workshop (internship, previous jobs, or education)
• Is detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoys working at a fast pace
• Thrives with clear routines and structured work
• Wants to develop and learn more about mechanics over time
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B) and your own car

You are unpretentious, responsible, and willing to ask for help when needed – while simultaneously building your own confidence in your work.
