Are you a meticulous and technically inclined person with experience in repairing electrical products? KOKI Group is now looking for a Service Technician for its Nordic service center in Upplands Väsby. Here you will work in a competent team with great commitment and a focus on quality.

About the role

As a Service Technician at KOKI Group, you will work with service, troubleshooting, and repair of handheld machines under the HiKOKI and Metabo brands. You will become an important part of a team that together ensures the highest possible customer satisfaction and service quality.

Your main responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair handheld machines within KOKI Group
• Perform warranty assessments and handle machine exchanges
• Document repairs digitally
• Support order picking of spare parts when needed
• Act as internal and external support for technical questions (phone/email)
• Participate in spare parts inventory

We are looking for you who

• Have relevant technical education or equivalent experience
• Have worked with repairing electrical products or similar technical equipment
• Have good computer skills and experience with the Office suite
• Are accustomed to reading technical drawings and exploded views
• Speak and write fluent Swedish and have good knowledge of English
• Are meticulous, responsible, and thrive working both independently and in a team
• Have experience with business systems such as Microsoft Business Central or similar

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Experience in warehouse management or work with compressors
• Knowledge of German
