We are now expanding our team and looking for dedicated white goods technicians for the service and repair of white goods. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy freedom with responsibility, are technically skilled, service-oriented, and value order and structure in your work. We are in an expansion phase and are looking for driven individuals who want to help develop the industry!

About the role of Installer and White Goods Technician at DSP:

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for:

• Independently performing service and repair of white goods.
• Handling quotations on-site with customers.
• Ordering spare parts.
• Contributing to the continuous development of our routines and knowledge base within service and maintenance.

Who are you?

You are a driven and customer-oriented person who always strives to perform good and high-quality work. You have a strong interest in developing yourself and learning more about the industry you work in. Experience in servicing white goods and/or laundry room equipment, as well as electrical knowledge, is an advantage.

• You are outgoing and thrive in social settings, with a professional approach to customer service.
• You value personal responsibility highly and are engaged in your professional development.
• Since there is frequent contact with customers, it is important to maintain a high level of service and remain stress-resistant.

• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.

The practical details:

• Start date: As agreed.
• Employment type: 100%.
• Workplace: Our headquarters is just outside Ängelholm, but we have several employees working remotely.
• Preferred residence: Around Ängelholm, Halmstad, or Falkenberg.
• A background check will be conducted on the final candidate as part of the recruitment process.
• A valid driver's license (Category B) is required!
