About the Role

This is a consultancy assignment with good opportunities for permanent placement. 💼 Responsibilities

As a Traffic Controller, you will handle both traffic control and booking management for domestic transports. You are a central part of the team in Gothenburg and are responsible for ensuring that goods are transported efficiently and on time. The role involves handling bookings, optimizing routes, and ensuring that all shipments are carried out according to plan. You will be in daily contact with transport companies, drivers, customers, and internal teams to coordinate transports and resolve any issues that arise during the day.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Handling bookings, optimizing routes, and ensuring all shipments are executed according to plan.
• Responsible for both traffic control and booking management for domestic transports.
• Daily contact with transport companies, drivers, customers, and internal teams via phone, email, and chat.

🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Attributes

• Post-secondary education and/or experience within transport, forwarding, warehousing, logistics, or traffic control is meritorious.
• Good computer and system proficiency.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
