About Us
At Aleris ASIH, we work in interprofessional teams with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, dietitians, social workers, assistant nurses, and physiotherapists to provide our patients with the best care. We operate from several geographical locations in Stockholm County. Aleris ASIH is part of Aleris Primary Care, which also includes a specialized palliative care ward, Basic Home Care, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Urgent Care.

Our operations have extensive experience in providing ASIH (Acute Supportive Integrated Homecare), and today we have nine different ASIH teams in the southern parts of Stockholm County. We have high competence and a well-established working method, and we run a well-functioning palliative inpatient ward with 24 beds located at Handen Hospital. Within ASIH, we care for severely ill patients who are treated in their own homes and require advanced care interventions that are otherwise provided in inpatient care. Our goal is to create conditions for the best possible quality of life, regardless of where the patient is treated. This includes, among other things, providing the best possible symptom control and relief based on the patient's own wishes and through high availability around the clock.

Everyone in our interprofessional team has close cooperation with each other to meet the patients' needs in the best possible way. We work person-centered and use the 6 S's as support in our approach. We also actively work on implementing digitalization within healthcare, which includes, among other things, video visits and chat for the unit.

In the ASIH Nynäshamn team, the atmosphere is open and supportive, and we support each other in daily work. Here we work together. We have an experienced and secure team with high competence and are now looking for an additional nurse to complement the team.

The tasks as a nurse are varied and challenging, which contributes to constant development. You will, among other things, work with digital tools, and we always work from a person-centered approach.

About You
As a person: We are looking for you who value providing good nursing care, a personal approach, and who maintain high quality in patient work through your professionalism. As a nurse, you are used to working independently and adapt easily to the different situations you are faced with. We would like you to want to engage in the development of the operations and, in collaboration with your colleagues, work for modern and efficient care.

Background: You are a licensed nurse, preferably with specialist competence. We are looking for you with a great interest in palliative care and specialized home care. Previous experience of working within ASIH and/or oncological care, preferably hematology, as well as other relevant experience, is meritorious for the position.

• Other: Licensed nurse, preferably with experience of working within ASIH or oncological care, preferably hematology. Minimum five years of experience as a nurse.
• Is communicative and thrives in larger contexts/is outgoing.
• Is sensitive, empathetic, and present with integrity and high loyalty.
• Has a positive approach, thrives in a high work pace, and has a good ability to prioritize and structure your work.
• Is flexible and open to new challenges, interested in development, thinks new, and finds new solutions.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing.
• Has a B driving license, which is a requirement.

Terms of Employment
Employment type: Permanent employment, starting with a 6-month probation period.
Scope: Full-time, days, evenings, and weekends.
Start date: By agreement.
Salary: Individual salary setting.
Collective agreement exists.
