Lead and develop the member association of the future

Do you want to lead and develop Maskinring Z Economic Association? We are looking for an engaged and business-driven CEO who wants to build the future together with us and our member companies, many of which are active in the agricultural sector. With us, you will become a key figure in running a modern, efficient, and profitable association with a strong sense of community. Maskinring Z operates in Jämtland and Härjedalen with an office in Östersund.

About the role

As CEO, you are responsible for running daily operations, developing the organization, and creating an open and positive culture. You work closely with the board and ensure that processes and routines function throughout the association. Extensive contact with member companies and customers in the field is part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the association's work.
• Develop business operations and maintain existing partnerships.
• Implement board decisions and follow up on goals and projects.
• Ensure that everyone works according to common routines.
• Handle administration, contracts, public procurement, and quality assurance.
• Lead employed staff.

Who are you?

• At least 5–10 years of experience in leadership and change management.
• Good financial understanding and knowledge of contracts and law.
• Communicative, unpretentious, and accustomed to building team spirit.
• Valid driver's license (Category B) required.
• Advantageous with experience from the agricultural sector and economic associations.

• Start: According to agreement.
• Scope: Full-time.
• Salary: According to agreement.
• Location: Östersund.
